From 9 November 2023, amendments to Australian Consumer Law will see a stricter regime for Unfair Contract Terms. The changes won’t just apply to contracts given to you – but also your own contracts that you give to your customers, subcontractors, suppliers (purchase order Ts and Cs etc)
The changes include bringing in penalties for individuals and companies that procure unfair contract terms for their own contracts.
